What is User based pricing?
User based pricing gives you the flexibility of choosing a pricing plan based on the number of users you enroll to your academy annually. Select the number of users based on your estimate of the number of learners you expect to deliver learning in the 12-month period.

WizIQ offers three flavours of User based plans – Lite, Elite and Infinite. You can compare the features among the three flavours and choose the one that best meets your requirements. With each plan, you get the option to deliver self-paced courses and can also opt for live classes by choosing the Enable live online learning toggle.

What is Virtual Classroom based pricing?
Virtual Classroom based pricing gives you the flexibility of choosing a pricing plan based on the number of rooms and attendees. Choose the number of rooms based on your estimate of concurrent live sessions that you may need. Choose the number of attendees based on your estimate of maximum number of learners you expect in a live class.

WizIQ offers three flavours of Virtual Classroom based plans – VC Essential, VC Extended and VC Enterprise. You can compare the features among the three flavours and choose the one that best meets your requirements.

However, with Virtual Classroom based plans, you cannot create self-paced courses.

What is the difference between user based and Virtual Classroom based pricing?
With user based plans you can opt for delivering live classes as well as self-paced courses, whereas with Virtual Classroom based plans you can only deliver live classes.

User based plan is best suited when you have an estimate of number of learners you may need throughout the year. Virtual Classroom based plan is best suited when you have an estimate of the number of concurrent rooms and attendees you may need throughout the year.

Who is a user?
A user can be learner, instructor or an administrator registered to your academy on WizIQ.

What is a room and what is an attendee?
A room supports one live class with one instructor and one or more attendees in the session.Think of a room as being equivalent to a physical classroom or conference room with one instructor.

Attendees per room are the number of chairs present, which limits the number of learners in one live class.

Why would I need more than one room?
If you want to deliver more than one live class concurrently, you would need more than one room. Think of a room as one physical room of a building that you have rented. It has a certain capacity (10, 25, 50 etc.). You can use it as many times as you want, every day. You can have 10 different instructors use the same room at different times.

But if you want to run classes in parallel, you would need to rent more rooms. The number of rooms you need would depend on the number of concurrent live classes you plan to run.

What is the difference between a registered user and an attendee?
Registered users are applicable with the user based plans, whereas attendees are related to the Virtual Classroom based plans.

Registered user is anyone who is registered in your WizIQ academy and has been assigned the role of a learner, instructor or administrator.

Attendees are the learners you are enrolling in a live class. Say, you have 500 learners registered in your WizIQ academy, but you enrol no more than 100 in any given live class. In this case, there are only 100 attendees.

What is the difference between an instructor and an attendee?
An instructor is the one who schedules a live class and adds learners as participants. In the class, he would typically explain concepts, teach or train a subject, clear doubts, present information. All plans of WizIQ Virtual Classroom support unlimited registered instructor.

Which plans allow me to deliver live online classes?
Both User based and Virtual Classroom based plans let you deliver live online classes. With User based plan you can opt for live classes by choosing the “Enable live online learning” toggle.

Which plans allow me to create self-paced courses?
All flavors of the User based plans – Lite, Elite and Infinite will allow you to deliver self-paced courses.

How can I integrate WizIQ Virtual Classroom with my website?
You can integrate WizIQ Virtual Classroom API/Plugin with your website, CMS or LMS with our VC Extended and VC Enterprise plans. Check our developer portal for Virtual Classroom API capabilities and integration process.

Do you have Virtual Classroom plugin for Moodle, BlackBoard, WordPress?
Yes. Currently, we offer plugins with our VC Extended and VC Enterprise plans for Moodle, BlackBoard, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, CanvasLMS, Sakai, eFront, Totara LMS, EdModo. You can check out more details here.

I want to create self-paced courses along with live classes. Which plan should I buy?
You can choose any of the user based plan with “Enable live, online learning” option selected to opt for self-paced courses along with live classes.

What methods of payment can I use?
You can purchase using Credit Card (Visa, American Express and Mastercard), PayPal and direct bank transfer.

How do I purchase WizIQ plans?
All WizIQ plans are currently billed annually. To purchase any WIzIQ plan you can write to us at sales@wiziq.com or Contact us.

How is my cloud storage used?
Any presentation, pdf or document you upload in your Content Library will consume a portion of the storage space offered by WizIQ. Additionally, any recording of your live sessions is also stored in the WizIQ Content Library taking up storage space.

How can I buy more cloud storage?
Contact us to buy more storage.

Is there any limit on Number of recordings?
Yes, with each plan there is limit on number of recordings available per month. This limit represents maximum number of recordings that can be build in a month. For example, if your plan included 20 recordings a month, you can record at most 20 live sessions in a month.

What happens when my recording limit in the month is reached? Can i buy additional recordings?
Once your recordings available for the month, as per your plan, have been used you will not be allowed to record live sessions until you have bought additional recording packs.
These recording packs will be consumed as per your usage and they do not have an expiry date. You can buy additional recording in packs of 200, 1000 or 5000. Please contact your account manager to buy more recordings.
